Disclaimer

This website gives general information about workers' compensation and related claims. It isn't legal advice, and it can't account for the facts of your situation or the rules where you work.

No attorney-client relationship

Reading this site, calling us, texting us or sending the form doesn't make you our client. An attorney-client relationship begins only when you and the firm both sign a written fee agreement.

Past results

Comments from clients and descriptions of past matters are examples only. Every case depends on its own facts, and what happened in one case doesn't predict the result of another.

Fees and costs

Where we say there's no fee unless you receive benefits, the fee is a share of what you're awarded, set out in a written agreement. Case costs are separate, and you may owe some of them; we explain which before you sign.

Confidential information

Please don't send confidential or sensitive details through the contact form or by email before we've agreed to represent you. Information sent that way may not be protected.

Where we practice

Each lawyer is admitted only in the states listed on their page. Nothing on this site is an offer to represent anyone in a state where our lawyers aren't admitted.
